I've decided to post on the blog information of interest to the foodie and the food lover in the Triangle. Let me know if you'd like to see something else. I have interests in classical, folk, classic rock, and the newer alternative rock, country music. I like to cook, especially quick breads, cookies, and entrees. I like cooking for people who like to eat. My main interest is in writing and researching what I'm writing about. I like food and the vast information about it to be uncovered.
