Biography
Chefs of the Triangle: Their Lives, Recipes, and Restaurants is now out in stores and published by John F. Blair, Publisher, in Winston-Salem. I've decided to post on the blog information of interest to the foodie and the food lover in the Triangle. Let me know if you'd like to see something else. I hope you like what I'm writing now, basically reporting on the food scene and doing a little criticism.
Interests
I love food and the food scene. I have interests in classical, folk, classic rock, and the newer alternative rock, country music. I've written a book about local chefs, their lives, recipes, and restaurants, Chefs of the Triangle. I've also written a published mystery set in Miami, Almost Night, out in 2000. My blog these days concentrates on Healthy Eating as an entry point to a healthy lifestyle. Healthy food and all that comes with i, such as exercise and adequate rest, gives you health, stamina, energy, and long life. Come join in!
